Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

  1. When will the order be shipped?

Order processing time refers to the time from when we receive your order to the actual shipment.
Upon receiving your order, we will conduct a strict quality inspection of the item to ensure satisfactory product quality before shipping. This process usually takes 2-5 business days to complete. If there are multiple items in your order, the processing time may be extended to about 7 days. Also, the order processing time may also be affected by the inventory status or statutory holidays. Please refer to our shop ’s live announcement for details and updates. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Due to high demand of our product, shipping takes 7-20 days on average. In some rare cases, shipping may take 7-35 days.

If more than 40 days have passed since ordering your product and you still have not received it, please contact our support team.

We are not responsible for post office delays, weather delays, stolen or missing packages, customs issues or returns, or other delays/issues.

 


2. How long does it take to receive my parcel?

For United States residents, your parcels will be shipped from our local warehouse in the United States. The general timeframe is:

For residents from countries and regions outside of the United States, your parcels will be shipped from our local warehouse in the United States. The general timeframe is:

3. What does the shipping cost?

If your order is less than $49, please refer to the below delivery costs:

4.Duties & Taxes.

Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Therefore, the destination country may charge customs duties or import duties once the package reaches the port. If this happens, our customer will be responsible for this part of the transport costs. If a customer rejects the package due to import duties and taxes, the customer is responsible for all return costs incurred including customs fee and handling fee.

 

5. How to track my order?

2-5 days after your package is officially shipped, we will send you the tracking number of the package via email. There are usually slight delays of updates on international packages, so please be patient. If your delivery status has not been updated for more than 25 days, please contact our customer service email:
